Founded by Lynn and Karen, we bring together decades of expertise across luxury hospitality, fine arts, elite sport and estate management. The result is something rare: sporting days that feel effortless to guests yet are underpinned by meticulous planning, genuine passion and an instinctive understanding of what truly elevated hospitality looks like.

Lynn
With over 30 years of experience in hospitality, luxury property, retail and lifestyle ventures, Lynn brings a uniquely creative and commercially astute perspective to elite sporting hospitality.
Lynn’s career spans launching successful start-ups to managing award-winning country estates, with a hallmark focus on guest experience and elevated service.
Lynn is the founder of Incarta, a hospitality placement platform trusted by premium brands, and the creator of Oakhampton Park Shoots, an exclusive private shooting lodge in Devon. Previously, she restored and operated Bindon Country House Hotel, overseeing everything from interior design and recruitment to strategic sales and bespoke guest experiences.
It is this calm authority and instinctive focus on people that transforms even the most ambitious brief into something seamless — and every guest encounter into something genuinely memorable.
Karen
Karen’s career is defined by a pursuit of excellence across three distinct worlds — fine art, elite sport and humanitarian leadership — each shaping the exceptional depth and sensitivity she brings to every experience she curates.
With a background in Fine Arts, Karen began her career at Christie’s, before spending over two decades as Director of a fine art establishment specialising in the conservation and restoration of historic artworks. Karen has a deep appreciation of heritage, craftsmanship and visual culture, which brings a unique depth to the exceptional experiences she curates.
In addition to her fine arts career, Karen has over 25 years of leadership in elite equestrian and event management. As Chef d’Équipe for an internationally acclaimed Four-in-Hand Carriage Driving Team, she has played a pivotal role in securing 7 Individual World Championship titles and an impressive 11 FEI World Cup™ Indoor Driving titles, highlighting a legacy of consistent excellence on the global stage. Most recently, the team celebrated a historic milestone, winning their first-ever Nations Cup title in Four-in-Hand Driving at Aachen in July 2025.
Yet Karen’s drive to lead with purpose has never been confined to the world of sport. As Head of Operations at a food poverty charity, she oversaw the delivery of over 2.6 million meals — a chapter that speaks quietly but powerfully to the values she brings to everything she does.
Together, we bring something that is genuinely difficult to find — operational mastery paired with refined sensibility, and a shared instinct for what makes a moment truly exceptional.
