Introduction
Leveret Sporting Concierge Services (“Leveret Sporting,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a lifestyle concierge company registered in England and Wales (Company Registration Number: 16502535) with a registered address at Leveret Sporting Limited, York House, 1a Seagrave Road, London SW6 1RP. We offer exclusive membership (“Membership”) to eligible individuals (“The Client”, “You”, “Your”) providing access to our concierge services (“Concierge Services”) through phone or email. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your Membership and our provision of Concierge Services.

By signing up for Membership, making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Definitions
  • Authorised User: An individual authorised to use your Membership on your behalf.
  • Brief: A single request (e.g. booking a restaurant) made to our Concierge Managers.
  • Concierge Manager: A Leveret Sporting agent providing Concierge Services.
  • Membership Fees: Fees payable for Membership, as notified at ordering or renewal.
  • Pack: The package of Concierge Services included in your Membership.
  • Suppliers: Third-party providers of goods/services contracted on behalf of the Client  by Leveret Sporting.
  • Travel Suppliers: Suppliers of air, hotel, car rental or other travel services.

1. Our Contract with You

1.1. Key Terms

  • Personal Use: Your Membership is personal and non-transferable unless you have arranged with us to allow you to appoint Authorised Users (e.g., a personal assistant). You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • Eligibility: You and any Authorised Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide true and accurate information to us and our Suppliers and notify us promptly of any changes.
  • Privacy: By using our services, you confirm you have read and agree to our Privacy Statement.
  • Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms at our discretion. The latest version will apply to your continued Membership. Check the current Terms before using our services.

1.2. Contract Formation

Your Membership begins when we email you to confirm acceptance of your order, forming a contract between you and Leveret Sporting based on these Terms and your Pack details. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you in writing and not charge you.

2. Membership

2.1. Membership Benefits

Your Membership grants access to Concierge Services outlined in your Pack, including the ability to make requests (“Briefs”) via phone or email. Pack details, including membership duration and Brief privileges, will be provided when you apply for or renew your Membership.

2.2. Duration and Renewal

  • Your Membership continues as per the terms of your Pack or until terminated under these Terms.
  • Membership renews automatically unless you notify us at info@leveretsporting.com at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • After a minimum Membership period of six months, you may terminate your Membership with 30 days’ notice, effective at the start of the next calendar month.

2.3. Termination

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate your Membership at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including breach of these Terms.

2.4. Fees and Payment

  • Membership Fees:
    Membership fees are payable upon acceptance of your application and upon each renewal, as specified in your Pack. For non-members, an arrangement fee of 5% applies to all services. Additional fees for complex tasks (“Packages”) will be agreed upon in advance.
  • Commission Charges:
    A commission of X% is applied to all supplies and goods sourced on your behalf, including but not limited to cartridges, clothing, and luxury extras. These commission charges will be clearly itemised on your invoice.
  • Payment Methods:
    We accept payments via BACS, direct debit, or an authorised credit/debit card (“Payment Card”). You may authorise us to deduct renewal fees up to 28 days prior to your renewal date.
  • Non-Payment:
    If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership.
  • Refunds:
    Membership fees are non-refundable, except if you cancel in writing within 14 days of order acceptance by contacting info@leveretsporting.com. Any refunds will be subject to deductions for services already rendered.

3. Concierge Services

3.1. Services Offered

Our Concierge Services include:

  • Concierge Managers: You may request Briefs (e.g., meet & greet, ticket bookings, travel planning) via phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp, subject to your Pack.
  • Notifications: Receive offers and updates via email, SMS or WhatsApp.


3.2. Supplier Contracts

Unless otherwise stated, when you book services through us (e.g. meet & greet, shoots, travel), you enter a direct contract with the Supplier. You are bound by the Supplier’s terms, including cancellation policies, which you should review before booking.

3.3. Service Modifications
We may modify, add or discontinue Concierge Services at any time with due notice.

4. Specific Services

Bookings

  • All bookings must be made in writing (email or booking form) and are subject to availability.
  • A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from the Supplier.
  • The person making the booking does so on behalf of all participants and is responsible for ensuring that all members of the party comply with these Terms.

 Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required on confirmation of a booking.
  • Please see Suppliers Terms & Conditions regarding deposits and payments.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, via direct debit or an authorised credit/debit card (“Payment Card”).

Cancellations & Amendments

By the Client

  • Cancellations must be made in writing according to the terms of the Supplier.

By the Supplier

In the unlikely event the Supplier must cancel due to weather, safety, landowner decision or other circumstances beyond our control, please refer to the Supplier’s contract and ensure that you have the relevant insurance cover.

We are not liable for additional expenses incurred by clients.

 Licensing & Legal Requirements

  • All clients must hold a valid shotgun certificate and provide details 12 weeks in advance, if requested.
  • Non-certificate holders may shoot under exemption by prior arrangement, subject to supervision and legal compliance.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to comply with all applicable firearms and game laws.

Safety & Conduct

  • Safety is paramount. All participants must comply with the instructions of the shoot captain, gamekeeper or guide at all times.
  • Unsafe behaviour, excessive drinking or breach of etiquette may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
  • Guns must be covered when not in use and never left unattended.

Insurance

  • It is a condition of booking that all clients hold adequate personal shooting insurance (e.g., BASC, Countryside Alliance, etc.).
  • We recommend public liability and cancellation cover.

Weather Conditions

  • Shooting may proceed in varied weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
  • Cancellation due to poor but safe weather does not constitute grounds for refund.

We act as an agent for Travel Suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels, car rentals) to facilitate bookings. See Appendix 1 for our Travel Policy, including cancellation terms.

We provide access to event tickets (face value, hospitality, or secondary market) through Suppliers, subject to availability.

  • Payment: You, The Client, authorise us to pay Suppliers on your behalf. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
  • Delivery: Tickets are typically delivered 5-7 days before the event (or up to 24 hours for secondary market tickets). You must notify us of changes to address or unavailability.
  • Errors: You, The Client, should check ticket details upon receipt and notify us immediately of discrepancies. We will resolve errors caused by us but are not liable for Supplier errors.
  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: Supplier terms apply. We, Leveret Sporting, are not liable for additional costs (e.g. travel) due to event changes.

We share details of events and benefits (e.g. exclusive offers) through Suppliers, subject to availability and withdrawal without notice.

 

5. Complaints

In the event that you are dissatisfied with our services, you should contact us at info@leveretsporting.com. We will investigate within two working days and respond promptly. We are not liable for Supplier failures but will assist in resolving any issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (e.g. text, images, logos) is owned by Leveret Sporting or used under license and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute content without our written permission.

7. Indemnification

You/The Client agrees to indemnify Leveret Sporting, its partners and affiliates against any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your/their breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Leveret Sporting and its affiliates (“Covered Parties”) are not liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by Suppliers, acts of God, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Website availability, errors, or viruses.
  • Consequential or incidental damages.

Our liability for any loss related to Concierge Services is limited to £100. The extent of our liability insurance.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved accordingly in the courts of England and Wales.

Travel Policy

Definitions
  • Authorised User: An individual authorised to use your Membership on your behalf.

  • Membership Fees: Fees payable for Membership, as notified upon application or renewal.
  • Pack: The package of Concierge Services included in your Membership.
  • Suppliers: Third-party providers of goods/services contracted on behalf of You, The Client, by Leveret Sporting.
  • Travel Suppliers: Suppliers of air, hotel, car rental or other travel services.
1. Role of Leveret Sporting

We act as an agent for Travel Suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels, car rentals) to arrange Travel Services. You, The Client, enter direct contracts with Suppliers, subject to their terms.

2. Your Responsibilities
  • Accurate Information: The Client will provide correct details for bookings and ensure names match government-issued IDs. Where appropriate, The client will also ensure that all shotgun licence reference number details are correct.
  • Fees and Taxes: You, The Client, are responsible for all charges, taxes, and fees (e.g. baggage fees, resort fees) not included in the booking price.
  • Travel Documents: You, The Client, will obtain valid passports, visas, and health requirements for international travel. Passports should have at least six months’ validity.
  • Compliance: Follow Supplier rules (e.g. airline check-in times, baggage limits). Non-compliance may result in withdrawal of service or additional costs. However, Leveret Sporting will endeavour to assist and support in resolving any issues arising.
3. Booking and Payment
  • Pricing: Prices are based on rates at time of booking and may be subject to change. Additional fees (e.g. currency conversion) may apply.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at booking via Payment Card. We may resubmit charges if errors occur.
  • E-Documents: Confirmations are sent to the email provided. Update us if your contact details change.
4. Cancellations and Changes
  • Supplier Policies: Cancellations, refunds, and changes are subject to Supplier terms, provided at the time of  booking. It is the responsibility of you, The Client, to review these carefully.
  • No-Shows: Failure to cancel before check-in (hotels) or pick-up (car rentals) will result in no refund.
  • Airline Tickets: Most tickets are non-refundable. Changes may incur fees or fare increases. Name changes are generally not permitted.
  • Packages: Changes to bundled flights and accommodation may incur Supplier fees.
5. Limitations
  • We are not liable for Supplier failures, flight changes, cancellations, or lost/damaged luggage.
  • We do not provide medical or financial advice or guarantee accessibility for disabled persons.
